Add your Team

How do I add my team to ProofPort?

We're glad you've decided to add your team to ProofPort!

  1. First, click on your Workspace name in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to access your Team Workspace Menu.
  2. Next, click the "Manage Team" option in the dropdown menu.
  3. On your Manage Team page, click the green "Invite new team member" button. 
  4. Enter your future team member's first and last name, and their work email address. Then click the "Invite Team Member" button at the bottom of the form.

The status of your team member's invitation will be tracked on your Manage Team screen, so you'll know when they've successfully entered their account.
